Chris Vognar’s Screening Room monthly series continues its look at classic comedies with a free screening of the Coen Brothers’ Raising Arizona (1987) at 7:30pm, January 10, at the Angelika Theater. Vognar, film critic for the Dallas Morning News, will discuss the movie afterwards. Details

The Inwood Theatre’s Midnight Madness series presents Jean-Pierre Jeunot and Marc Caro’s dystopic comedy Delicatessen (1991) on January 11 and 12, at the theater. Details

As part of its Architecture in Movies series, the Kimbell Art Museum and Lone Star Film Society present a screening of Jacques Tati’s comedy Play Time (1967), 2pm, January 13, at the museum. Details
